Hey you!...Yes you, whom ever you are. If you are looking for a way to get healthy and do it with only a bit of work then you have come to the right place.
I am going to share some techniques that I use and I believe everyone can use to improve their health. These techniques are easy and anyone can do them.
Things you will need:
- computer....
- something to store files on(phone, sd card, cd, or your computer)
- time to listen and enjoy.
- With this simple technique you will be converting some audio, or video files and putting them on which ever form you want(be it audio or video, or where you place it cd, computer, ipod).
Step1. Go to youtube and look for a meditation there are tons and tons of them.
Step2. On youtube now you can convert videos from video to audio file and I recommend doing this. You can also just watch the videos if you want or both of course.
Step3. After you convert the file you should be able to save it somewhere. Save it somewhere you can find it, you are about to place this file on you sd card, ipod, or phone. If you don't know how to place these files on your device please let me know and I'll help you.
Step4. Repeat for as much of these videos/audio files so you have a good amount, 5-8 any video should be good.
Step5. Create a playlist on your phone with these files so that you are able to use these files together and keep them organize. Call it something like Health/ Mediation so you can remember.
Step6. You listen to these as much as you can. You just turn it on and listen to them while you sleep, and you can use them under stressful conditions to help you to regain your mental balance. These should be used long term and be allowed some time to start to take their effects. Meaning you should listen to these frequently, and you will begin to see difference in your life.
